BRIEF | Michigan Medicine – the University of Michigan's Medical Center – requested a redesign of their intranet for both their main (Hub) site as well as for the host of departments (spoke) sites it contains.
SCOPE | Responsive intranet for Michigan Medicine that attends to its multiple needs while providing a clear, logical and unified look & feel for its various departments. The work comprised the full spectrum of UX, including User Research, Persona Development, Task Analysis, crafting of User Flows and information Architecture.

RATIONALE | The delivery of a series of templates standardizing text and image components provide a uniform, responsive interface for all divisions and departments within Michigan Medicine and make their internal systems available and fully functional in all viewports.

BRIEF | Western Asset Management, an investment bank in California, needed a proprietary learning platform to train employees and keep managers up to date on their team's SEC-required certifications.

RATIONALE | A dashboard approach displaying users' required courses, opportunities to learn and scheduled training sessions at a glance provides a good user experience in any display port size.
BRIEF | With the advent of social media, the business of media placement changed completely. Along with the explosion of user-created content and the advent of influencers – up-to-the-minute, precise analytics became available, affecting how media placement was priced and negotiated. The Branded Entertainment Network was the first tool able to display, compare and effectuate purchases for product placement and branded content.
SCOPE | Design of a platform for media placement and pricing for new media (influencer) content.

RATIONALE | Featuring a clean, clear interface to display data-rich content, BEN allows marketers to access accurate, dynamic information on influencers’ social media footprint as well as price and book product placement and/or content creation on traditional and new media intellectual properties. In addition, it provides granular analytics to monitor and adjust budget allocation readily and easily.

BRIEF | Nissan Motors wanted to consolidate the look & feel of all of its worldwide sites into a unified visual system that could, nevertheless, accommodate each country’s specific needs. The solution was a system of standardized components as CSS style guides working within a CMS system that would provide for the placement of each country’s specific assets.
SCOPE | Responsive site for Nissan, setting a worldwide, unified look & feel for the brand on the web.

BRIEF | App and site for consulting and rating facilities for people with disabilities, building upon the Yelp infrastructure. Winner at the hackaday.i/o solve for one, second prize.
SCOPE | Responsive website and mobile app for consulting and rating the accessibility of facilities for the disabled population, building upon the Yelp infrastructure.
RATIONALE | With a straight-to-the-point approach and robust visual and auditory cues, AHXS User Interface design accommodates users with visual, auditory and mobility disabilities. Its mobile app uses geolocation to enable any user to contribute to its database, In order to expand the number of facilities rated.
BRIEF | Responsive site for a Credit Unions' vehicle buying and financing service.
SCOPE | Design of an agnostic, responsive user interface for vehicle financing divisions at Credit Unions.
RATIONALE | Featuring an agnostic, customizable CSS structure to accommodate each Credit Union’s branding, CUDL provides Credit Unions the backend structure to offer up-to-date vehicle inventory display, financing options and test drive reservations, so its customers can conduct thorough research and lock in a deal through the web.

BRIEF | Responsive web / mobile app for Infiniti authorized dealers, designed to let owners schedule their service, maintenance and order vehicle customizations online.
SCOPE | A direct communication channel between the brand and the owner/leasee, the app provides end-to-end customer service throughout the life of the vehicle – from recall notices to maintenance reminders to purchasing accessories, scheduling and managing repairs.
RATIONALE | Making a service appointment through the Infiniti app means all the logistics (such as scheduling, procuring parts, etc.) are optimized, with the goal of providing ultimate convenience for Infiniti owners.
