Whether I’m working with nimble startups or large-scale platforms used by millions, I thrive on understanding what drives people—their motivations, behaviors, and goals—to design digital experiences that truly serve them.


Curious by nature and inspired by possibility, the most meaningful work to me lives at the intersection of technology and everyday life. Over the past fifteen years I've led UX across enterprise SaaS, Fintech, Media, Healthcare, Education and Non-Profit sectors. At ArtCenter I shaped the online learning experience end-to-end. At the University of Michigan I untangled how medical staff access critical information under pressure. At AHXS, that meant working directly with mobility-challenged users to help them plan their journeys. At GreenDot, it meant giving shoppers a way to see the environmental impact of their purchases in real time.


I have integrated and led cross-functional teams with clear direction, honest feedback and open communication. I've mentored designers at multiple career stages through ambiguity, volatility and uncertainty, running design critiques that sharpen thinking and build on design values that place empathy, clarity, accessibility and usability at the center of UX practice.
